Alerts you can trust
A failure is re-checked before anything fires, and an alert means the state changed, not that one request blipped. Quiet when nothing is wrong.
Every service you depend on, checked continuously from outside your own infrastructure, with an alert that reaches your pocket the moment something actually changes. That is the whole product, and the whole company exists to keep it that simple.
The principles behind every decision in the product, each one something you can check against the app today.
A failure is re-checked before anything fires, and an alert means the state changed, not that one request blipped. Quiet when nothing is wrong.
Up or down is not enough. Every check is classified up, slow or down, with connect time and time to first byte split so you know what to look at.
The push on your phone is the alert, not a mirror of a web dashboard. The app is built for the platform it runs on.
A monitor count and a check interval. The free plan stays free, paid plans are flat, and nothing is sold as credits on top.
Checks run from UptimeX's own infrastructure, independent of the systems they watch, so an outage of yours is what gets reported, not what silences it.
UptimeX is built by a small team. When you write in, you reach the people who build it, and what you report shapes what ships next.
UptimeX is made by Rekwiem, a small software company. It started as the monitor we wanted for our own services: one that treats a slow response as news, tells us whether the network or the backend is to blame, and reaches us as a push rather than an email we find later.
There is no sales floor and no support tier between you and the people writing the code. Questions, bug reports and feature requests all land in the same place, and they decide what gets built next.
